Processing Time

All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production before shipping.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

Shipping Time

After production is complete, orders are shipped.

  • Shipping time: 7–12 business days
  • Shipping time does not include production time

Estimated total delivery time:

9–17 business days from order date

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs are already included in product pricing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • High order volume

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left production.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Undeliverable or returned packages may require a reshipping fee

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
