Returns & Refunds Policy

All items are made-to-order. This means each product is custom printed specifically for you, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/color choices.

Refunds or Replacements:

We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged (e.g., torn, scratched, or broken).
  • The print is defective (e.g., smudged, misprinted, or off-center).
  • The wrong item was sent (wrong design, size, or product).

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and photos showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will coordinate with our print-on-demand partner to provide:
    • A replacement item shipped at no cost, or
    • A full refund for the affected product.

Shipping & Delivery:

Please note that our products are printed and shipped by our POD partner, and delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, excluding production time. Shipping delays or late deliveries are not eligible for refunds.
